PROVIDES the document requested is an exempt document
ONLY IF condition (a) of the definition of "exempt document" in Freedom of Information Act 1982 s4 applies
OR condition (b) of the definition of "exempt document" in Freedom of Information Act 1982 s4 applies OR
condition (c) of the definition of "exempt document" in Freedom of Information Act 1982 s4 applies

PROVIDES condition (a) of the definition of "exempt document" in Freedom of Information Act 1982 s4 applies
ONLY IF the document requested is exempt for the purposes of Part IV (exempt documents) because Freedom of Information Act 1982 s 31B applies.

ONLY IF the document requested is an official document of a Minister
AND the document requested contains some matter that does not relate to the affairs of an agency or of a Department of State
